Q: Where is your shop located?
A: We are located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama at 605-A 41st Street off Greensboro Avenue.

Q: How long will it take to complete my alterations?
A: For basic jobs it usually takes about a week. Some custom jobs may take longer.

Q: Do you offer emergency rush service?
A: YES! If you have an urgent need, please let us know. We can usually meet your needs to complete emergency alterations the same day or next day; please keep in mind an additional rush fee will apply to your total.

Q: Do you alter wedding dresses and formals?
A: YES!

Q: Can you make custom clothes?
A: YES! We can help bring your apparel ideas to life. All you have to do is come in with a pattern or pattern idea, then we'll measure you so that you will know the exact amount of fabric and types of closures needed for the custom garment. After you drop off your chosen fabric, pattern, and closures we will then cut out the pattern and sew it using your exact measurements. Once your garment is complete we will then fit it to you and make necessary final adjustments. Prices vary based on the pattern, intricacy of design, and time allotted to complete the project.

Q: Do you tailor men's suits?
A: YES!

Q: Do you do alterations for children?
A: YES! All ages are welcome!

Q: Do I need to mark or pin my garments before I bring them to you?
A: Not necessarily. We have fitting rooms in our shop, so you can try it on and let us fit it for you. If you are unable to try on your garment for us to pin it, then pinning your garment prior to bringing them will be the next best option.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Checks (with ID), Visa and Mastercard, and CashApp.

Q: Am I required to pay when I drop off my item for alterations?
A: NO. You can pay when you pick up your item.

Q: Do you offer monogramming services?
A: Yes! We do offer monogramming services but are limited to size and design types. Please call the shop to speak with someone about our monogramming services.

Q: Do you sell sewing machines and equipment?
A: No. We only provide sewing and alterations services.
